How We Do It
Inspect the stack stability, brickwork, pots, and lead flashing from scaffolding. Rake out damaged mortar and repoint the brickwork with durable mortar mix. Replace damaged lead flashings and step flashings around the base. Secure or replace damaged chimney pots and cowls as needed.
